Job Responsibilities -*Welcome & direct customers.*Provide accurate information on our Jewlery (e.g., product features, pricing and after-sales services)*Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services*Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.*Cross-sell products within the store*Ensure display & VM are fully stocked.*Manage returns of merchandise*Service our Loyalty Program Clients*Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide *excellent customer service (especially during peak times)*Inform customers about discounts and special offers.*Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager*Stay up to date with new products/services Present and sell *company products and services to new and existing customers.*Prospect and contact potential customers*Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.*Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.*Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.*Create sales material to present to customers.*Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients.*Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.

Job Description:Processes cash, credit and debit card transactions as well as refunds, exchanges, gift cards and coupons quickly and accurately,Answers inquiries and builds rapport with customers in person and over the phone, increasing customer satisfaction and sales,Maintains a clean, organized checkout area to improve customer shopping experience,Balances cash register transactions at the end of every shift and produces accurate transaction reports,Uses upselling and cross-selling techniques to boost sales,Eligilibility:Minimum 2 years of experience in Billing & Accounts handling.,Minimum qualification reqired 12th pass (Commerce stream prefered).,Should able to speak Odiya, Hindi & English.,Excellent communication skill.,
